  • WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF AULANDO DEER PLACENTA PRODUCT?? 

The best before date can be found on the back of the product, along with the batch number and production date. Aulando Deer placenta shelf-life is 3 years. We recommend storing the products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.   

 

  • CAN I TAKE AULANDO DEER PLACENTA WHEN PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING? 

Pregnancy and breastfeeding can mean massive adjustments for your body and diet .During this time, you should talk to a trusted healthcare practitioner before taking any supplement, including our placenta product. 

 

  • I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM 

We’re very sorry about that. Please email info@aulando.co.nz with details of your order number so we can quickly correct this issue. 

 

  • WHERE DO I ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE OR GIFT CARD? 

To redeem a discount code or gift card, proceed to checkout and you’ll find an entry box to enter your code. Please note, only one discount code can be used per order.  

 

  • DO YOU PROVIDE THE FULL INGREDIENT LIST FOR PRODUCTS? 

Yes, we do. This information is available to view on all product page and also on the product packaging. 

 

  • WHAT DOSAGE IS RIGHT FOR ME? 

We suggest 2-3 capsules a day at the beginning of 2 month, then 1-2 capsules a day to maintain the effect. 

 

  • HAS AULANDO DEER PLACENTA BEEN TESTED FOR QUALITY & SAFETY? 

Our product undergoes rigorous testing for quality and purity to guarantee the products we sell are certified, 100% safe for human consumption. Every batch is tested and tracible and meet the safety standards set by the top New Zealand regulatory. 

 

  • COULD I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION? 

Not suitable for people with soy bee and crustacea allergies. 

 

  • CAN I RECYCLE MY AULANDO DEER PLACENTA PACKAGING? 

Our products are packaged in recycled bottle and recyclable paper sleeves and boxes.   

 

  • WHAT IF AN ITEM IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK? 

We’ll let you know when it’s available as soon as it’s back in stock. Simply email us on info@aulando.co.nz and we’ll be in touch. 

 

  • CAN I BECOME A WHOLESALE PARTNER? 

Only authorised stockists can sell Aulando products online or in person. If you’d like to become an authorised stockist, please contact info@aulando.co.nz. 

 

DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO A MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD?

  • DOES AULANDO OFFER FREE SHIPPING? 

 

For New Zealand customers, we offer free shipping on all orders.   

For Australia and other countries’ customers, we offer flat shipping fee NZ$9.90 on all orders. 

  • DO YOU SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we ship worldwide through NZ Post.  

 

All customers are responsible for any import customs duty and tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. 

 

We always do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. But sometimes shipping delays occur for reasons out of our control (busy holiday periods and extreme weather conditions). Should your order be delayed, we appreciate your patience and encourage you to contact info@aulando.co.nz with any queries. 

 

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? 

We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note, all return requests must contact info@aulando.co.nz within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Due to regulations worldwide, we can’t accept any refunds for open packages. Unfortunately, we also can’t accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made. If you’re concerned that your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist and issue a refund where applicable. 

 

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Standard shipping in New Zealand can take 3-5 business days, depending on location.  

Standard shipping to Australia can take 5-10 business days, depending on location.  

Standard shipping to the rest of word can take 15-25 business days, depending on location. 

 

  • I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION AND/OR SHIPPING EMAIL? 

Our order confirmation and shipping emails are sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. Please also check your Junk or Spam folders – occasionally our emails end up there. If this is the case, please move info@aulando.co.nz to the approved list within your email inbox. Now you won’t miss a thing! 

 

  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

For most of the countries we ship to, we use NZ POST carrier with full online tracking services available. Please keep in mind that although we ship all orders out within 24 business hours, shipping carriers often don’t provide tracking links for 24-48 hours from dispatch. We also recommend adding your phone number at checkout. 

 

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT CUSTOMS, DUTY OR TAXES? 

Customers are responsible for any import customs, duty or taxes. 

 

  • WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY? 

We pride ourselves in providing quality products that deliver safe and tangible results. If you believe your order is damaged or faulty, please email info@aulando.co.nz within 2 weeks of receiving your order. We will help you and issue a refund where applicable.
