SHIPPING 

All domestic and international orders are shipped via NZ Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed.  Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on New Zealand public holidays. Full tracking details will be sent to customers when shipped. 

We offer worldwide NZ$9.9 flat shipping fee & Free shipping within New Zealand. 

All customers are responsible for any import customs duty and tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.

RETURNS 

We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note, all return requests must contact info@aulando.co.nz within 2 weeks of receiving your order. 

Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made. 

If you’re concerned that your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist you with the matter and issue a refund where applicable.
